Spiritual energy work, at a distance
Distance Reiki.
A quiet space to set an intention for yourself. No promise of a particular outcome; just an invitation to pause, reflect, and approach what matters with care.

Room to come back to yourself.
Reiki is a spiritual energy-work practice. “Distance” means the intention is not tied to being in the same room. For some, that offers a meaningful way to take a moment of reflection from wherever they are.
Peter approaches this work as an opportunity to focus on your own experience, not as a way to predict events, change someone else, or make a difficult feeling disappear. You can bring a clear intention, or simply a wish to slow down and listen to yourself.
Where you might begin
An intention can be simple.
These are starting points, not requirements. The meaning you give your intention is your own.
Love & connection
Bring attention to how you want to show up in connection: with openness, honesty, and care for your own boundaries.
Relationships
Make space to reflect on your part in a relationship, without trying to direct another person's feelings or choices.
Self-compassion
Choose an intention of gentleness toward yourself, especially when your inner voice has been demanding.
A turning point
Pause with a change, an ending, or an uncertain beginning and consider what steadiness could mean for you.
A grounded approach
What to know before you inquire.
Your intention, your choice
You may choose a focus related to love, relationships, self-compassion, or transition. There is no need to disclose more than feels comfortable.
No fixed result
Experiences are personal. Reiki is not a guarantee of reconciliation, a changed circumstance, or a particular feeling afterward. Another person's autonomy is never yours to override.
Clear boundaries
This is spiritual work, not a clinical service. You can ask questions about the approach and arrangements before deciding whether it feels right for you.
An important distinction
Spiritual support has its limits.
Distance Reiki is nonmedical spiritual energy work. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any physical or mental health condition, and it is not a substitute for medical care, therapy, or advice from a licensed professional.
If you have a health concern, speak with a qualified clinician. If you are in immediate danger or experiencing a mental health emergency, contact local emergency services or an appropriate crisis service rather than waiting for a response to an inquiry.
The next step is a question
